My car lost control and smacked into a double curbs and dented my door to where I couldn't open it, I guess I bent my control arm they ordered the part Asap and was given a quote, it was way worse then we all expected it took them 2 hours instead of the 45 minutes I was told which is ok they didn't charge me my door wouldn't open right and they fixed that and 1 other thing with my car without being asked which was awesome of them, Marcello got me all squared away, definitely going back for more services/tires, excellent service!

Never, ever go to this place! I went there just to get my brake pads replaced, and they completely ruined my entire brake system while changing the rear pads. Then they said “It’s 5 PM, we’re closing up shop” and left me with a broken car. As if that wasn’t enough, the owner — who first claimed to be just a worker — started mocking me instead of helping. They gave me the car back with a completely messed-up brake system. There was no warning light on my dash before, but after their so-called service, everything lit up. I went back the next morning, and they didn’t care at all. After insisting, they spent the whole day watching YouTube videos trying to figure out how to fix what they broke. Eventually, I had to call a real mechanic myself to fix the damage. And then they had the nerve to ask me for money, claiming “We spent two more days working on it.” If you want to waste your time, your money

Thank you to my friends at Güero Tire Shop! I should have made a review a long time ago. I have been coming here for over 5 years, for oil changes, screws and nails in tires. Last year they did my brakes. Today I got a new set of tires. They're always friendly and their price is always a bargain!

Went in for a control arm and axle came out with a broken frame that they try to rig to put it back together When I tried to speak to the mechanic, they told me he was on vacation horrible service they don’t care if they mess up your car while they fixing it will give you every excuse in the book not to refund when there’s no signs posted about refunds, they don’t make you sign any papers saying they’re not responsible for damages during maintenance. Then they just put a screw in my frame and sent me on my way. Nothing just horrible. And they didn’t have no tire for my car.
